If for any reason a production is cancelled due to in climate weather, the Kuumba Ensemble will offer a snow date and honor all tickets accordingly. YAIR - (Young Artists In Residence)
The Kuumba Ensemble Youth Repertory known as YAIR is comprised of gifted youth who perform throughout the year in multifaceted productions that showcase their acting, singing and dancing techniques. KE's Youth Repertory focuses on youth between the ages of 12-19 years old. Auditions are held throughout the year. Preferrably, youth should bring a headshot and a resume, however it is not mandatory. Rehearsals are held in the evenings on weekdays and or weekends, depending on the demands of the production. If interested, contact Rosalyn Gaines at (443) 413-1470. Currently a younger component is being designed to address the performing arts needs of youth between the ages of 6-11.
